Whether the driving instructors are accredited, licensed and well trained
What are other learning materials and do they offer a progress driving report?

However, to learn just to pass the driving test can take as low as 100 hours. Some drivers will need well over 100 hours and possibly even 200 hours. It all depends on the individual.
